Today we are checking out the BSUN Bunny from @UnikeysOfficial and dare I say It is officially the year of BSUN all over for me haha.

These new molds and lubing processes have really got me digging what BSUN has been putting out into the switch market lately. So let’s go over the specs and then what I like about the switch.

🐰 Top Housing: PC
🐰 Bottom Housing: Modified PA
🐰 Operating Force: 37g
🐰 Bottom-out Force: 42g
🐰 Spring: 22mm single-stage extended spring
🐰 Pre-travel: 2.0mm
🐰 Total Travel: 3.6mm

So the biggest thing right out of the gate is how freaking ridiculously smooth this switch is. The modified LY stem is really showing off here and I’m loving it.

Idk what wizardry BSUN has going on over in their manufacturing facility, but all the recent releases from them have truly felt hand lubed & even better than what HMX has been putting out recently.

The switch leans toward a brighter sound overall, but still retains a very deep/mid-tone sound. The way it achieves this in my opinion is by the upstroke. The upstroke/return of the Bunny switch is very very quiet and not audible at all if you aren’t listening for it. While the initial keypress has a nice satisfying clack when you bottom out.

The bottom out here is firm, but not harsh which is excellent. They aren’t over fatiguing and are very comfortable to type on got longer periods of time. Personally I’d pair these with an aluminum or carbon fiber plate to get a really nice balanced sound and overall comfortable typing experience.
