If you're short on time but want to give your upper body some TLC, this is a great simple sequence to do. I'll take you through just a few stretches that will remove tension from your neck and shoulders. These are great poses to do if you spend a lot of time at a desk, driving or hunched over your phone. Stretch out tight neck and shoulders with me and remember to keep breathing deeply. No props needed and great for all experience levels.
