Basanta Uthsav 2020 is the festival of Spring and celebrated on 05th March 2020 at Rabindra Bharati University BT Road campus. Basanta uthsav is celebrated at Rabindra Bharati University (RBU) few days before the Holi which is the festival of colour and popularly celebrated on or before Holi. Holi is festival of Colour. RBU has two campuses. One at Jorasako and the other at B. T. Road.
