The Indian Coastguard headquarters have given their updates on the situation and preparedness before Cyclone Biparjoy landmarks Gujarat coast. Deputy Director General for Operations, Indian Coastguard, Manish Pathak has spoken on the situation. He said, “As IMD informed, the windspeed is very high. We have ensured no fisherman is left out in the sea. Mariners, Oil agencies have been cautioned to take safety.” He also updated on the overall deployments and how 50 people were evacuated from Key Singapore, Gujarat.
