Tips for driving on the left for the first time.

We are in Nairn, Scotland and wanted to see more of the countryside, so we hired (rented) a car from Sixt and gave it a go! These are four tips for driving on the road for the first time. It wasn't as bad as I thought it would be, and the road signs and street markers are pretty clear.

We are The Traveling Texans- Matt and Meghan, our kids Ryan and Heidi, and my cousin Christy! We live in New Braunfels, TX and are creating content sharing our adventures of living abroad for one year. We had a house fire in 2021 that destroyed everything we own, but did not destroy our home. What I mean by that is our home is where we are together, not our house.

This trip will afford us the time together we do not always get due to work, daycare, and hectic evenings and weekends. It will allow us to slow down and enjoy being together, being with our kids during these formative and fun years.
