"Cashing Out" is completed by knocking Al-Ghazali unconscious with a gold brick.

Sheikh Omar Al-Ghazali is a side character in the mission On Top of the World in HITMAN 3. He is a member of the Al-Ghazali royal family, and the owner of the Burj Al-Ghazali.

Al-Ghazali came from a less fortunate side of his royal family, and decided to earn a legacy through becoming a construction mogul. Along the way he met Carl Ingram, who had helped raise Al-Ghazali to success while keeping his role in Providence a secret.

Events of HITMAN III
After the events of HITMAN™ 2 and The Last Resort, in which it is revealed Arthur Edwards had betrayed the Partners by seizing their assets and rendering them powerless, Ingram reveals to Al-Ghazali that he and Marcus Stuyvesant were Partners for Providence all along. Al-Ghazali offers to help Ingram by connecting him with a Crystal Dawn assassin, Zana Kazem, to eliminate Edwards and reclaim control of Providence.

Al-Ghazali had also arranged a meeting between Marcus Stuyvesant and his daughter, Cornelia, during the inauguration ceremony at Marcus' request.

On Top of the World is the first mission in HITMAN™ III, in which Agent 47 must eliminate Carl Ingram and Marcus Stuyvesant, two of three Partners of Providence.

After obtaining the new identities and whereabouts of the Providence Partners, 47 and Lucas Grey have tracked them down to the Burj Al-Ghazali in Dubai, where they are attending the building's inauguration as guests of its owner, Sheikh Salman al-Ghazali

As 47 and Grey skydive toward the building's top floors, they witness Alexa Alice Carlisle hastily leaving the building. Diana suspects the reason is due to The Constant, who has been seizing Providence resources since his escape from captivity.

While Diana tracks Carlisle, 47 and Grey continue their mission to infiltrate the Burj Al-Ghazali and eliminate the remaining Partners, Carl Ingram and Marcus Stuyvesant .

Hitman 3 (stylized as HITMAN™ III) is the 8th and latest installment to the Hitman video game series. It was announced on June 11, 2020 and was released on January 20, 2021. HITMAN™ III will be the first game in the Hitman series to be self-published by IO Interactive.

The game will serve as the conclusion to the World of Assassination trilogy. It will launch with 6 new locations to explore, and owners of HITMAN™ and HITMAN™ 2 will be able to 'import' locations introduced in those games into HITMAN™ III. Additionally, HITMAN™ 2 players will be given the option to carry over unlocks and progression into HITMAN™ III.
