This is one of our favorite parts of working in coffee - tasting! Because a big part of our work relies on the flavor of our coffee, we need an objective and consistent way of tasting it. We'll go over our tasting process, which is also called cupping coffee, that helps pick up on all the intricacies in coffee and tasting notes.
