Ingredients
1 large onion
1 tablespoon ginger and garlic paste
150 grams beef or lamb meat
1 teaspoon arabic mixspice
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika powder ( you can add your favourite spices as well )
Add enough water
1/2 cup brown lentils
celery ( optional )
carrot
1 cup boiled chickpea
1/3 cup vermicelli
1/3 cup orzo ( rice-shaped pasta ) optional
salt to taste ( you can add maggi cubes or your favourite seasoning )
chopped coriander leaves
