Ingredients:
½kg Chicken Boneless
½kg Boiled Potatoes
1½tbsp Water
Oil for frying
Spice for chicken:
1tbsp Red Chilli Powder
Salt to taste
1tsp Coriander Powder
1tsp Cumin Powder
1tsp Garam Masala Powder
¼tsp Turmeric Powder
2tbsp Gingergarlic Paste
1tbsp G.Chilli Paste
½ bunch Fresh Coriander Leaves
Instructions:
Add Chicken into a pan. Then add all the spices into the chicken. Now add water in it and cook until the surface dry and chicken turns tender. Set aside the chicken to cool.
Now shred the chicken and mix it with Boiled Potatoes and fresh coriander leaves. Now take a mixture and make kabab of equal sizes and dip into beaten eggs.
Heat oil in pan and fry kabab on medium flame from both sides until golden brown.
Serve with green chutney or ketchup.
