Tix-C is the coulometric version of our automated titration system. Coulometric KF (Karl Fischer) titration measures moisture levels below 1% in lyophilized samples. Reagent is added to the vial containing sample and sample is dissolved and extracted from the vial and into the titration vessel. The sample prep steps are more involved and tedious. And hence automating this process is hugely time-saving.
The Tix-C achieves this with robust robotics, automation and integration of various instruments including a coulometric KF titrator, a balance and a shaker (for complete extraction of samples).
