Europe's Beating Cancer Plan: Closing the gap between E and W through Innovation: Victor Negrescu.

The speech was given on the occasion of the online event ”#Europe's #Beating #Cancer #Plan: Closing the gap between E and W through Innovation” organized by the Center for Innovation in Medicine, an NGO based in Romania, on June 17, 2020.

This year, on February 4, with the occasion of World Cancer Day, the European Commission started the public debate regarding Europe's Beating Cancer Plan. This plan includes multiple areas, such as:
- prevention (lifestyle, pollution and vaccination)
- diagnosis
- treatment
- survival

Europe's Beating Cancer Plan represents an important opportunity for addressing Romania's oncology issues.
