A Baltimore County teacher has been charged with sexually abusing a 13-year-old student during school hours, police said. Chadwick F. Zamarron, 35, of the 4300 block of Breeders Cup, is charged with sexual abuse of a minor, perverted practice, second- and third-degree sexual offense and sex abuse by a person in authority. He is a teacher at Northwest Academy of Health Sciences, a middle school at 4627 Old Court Road.
