Fresh grated coconut - 1 (250 gm)
Milk powder - 2 tbsp
Cardamom powder -1/4 tsp
Oil for frying
Kheer:
Sugar - 4 tbsp (65 gm)
Milk - 500 ml
Pinch of salt
Cardamom powder -1/4 tsp
Milk powder - 2 tbsp
Garnish with pista & saffron (optional
