In this video I take a look at perfectionism and its drivers and why it's helpful move away from unrelenting standards to an expectation of good enough. I also explore three ideas that I think are helpful when considering a move towards good enough. This is a bit of a personal mission for me as well as a professional one and is an area of... erm... personal growth that I'm actively working on; come along for the ride?!
