Blizzard check it! This is how broken Dodge, Avoid, and Evade are on the Patch 2.4 PTR, testing for the 1st ladder! They might wanna trim down these numbers quite a bit, and perhaps create a reason to invest more than 1 Skill Point into each. This is with only 1 Skill Point into each, 8% Damage Reduction, and 50% Block because of Dexterity and Spirit, and /Players8 setting in one of the most dangerous areas in the game: Worldstone Keep Level 1.
