1 tablespoon Garam Masala
3 habanero chilis chopped fine
8 cloves of garlic

1/4 cup olive oil

4 ripe tomatoes chopped
16 ounces of sirloin steak chopped into 1-inch cubes
1 cup of water
2 ounces cilantro
Instructions
In a large pot, heat 1/4 cup of olive oil over high heat.
Add 16 ounces of sirloin steak that has been chopped into 1-inch cubes. Stir-fry until the mixture is browned.
Add 1 cup of water to the pot and stir.
In a blender, add a little bit of water, 8 cloves of garlic, and 2 ounces of fresh ginger. Blend until it becomes a paste.
Add the ginger-garlic paste to the stockpot.
Chop up 3 habanero chilis, 2 ounces of cilantro, 1 medium white onion, 1 green pepper, and 4 ripe tomatoes. Add all of these ingredients to the stockpot.
Make sure that the mixture is completely free of any juice.
