Video body cameras are a delicate piece of kit sometimes it may conflict with your PC for some reason then this may cause your body camera to freeze or not function correctly, first port of call is to reset the body camera this will only reset the camera not the settings.
You simply use a pen/pin or toothpick or something small similar press in the reset hole, when the camera goes off press the power button the the camera will turn back on it would’ve been reset. if that doesn’t work then email me guardiang1@hotmail.com.
