PARADISE GROUP CELEBRATES SINGAPORE’S 57TH BIRTHDAY
As Singapore celebrates it’s 57th birthday, the Paradise Group of Restaurants has curated a Series of Singapore Inspired Dishes for a limited time only. These will be available at their various outlets with up to 20% off, from 25 Jul - 31 Aug. Check them out as follows:
PARADISE DYNASTY:
- Laksa Xiao Long Bao (5pc) $9.80: Paradise Dynasty’s new rendition, laksa flavour! Tangy and spicy, the flavourful broth complements the pork filling pretty well and is a good twist on the classic.
CANTON PARADISE:
- Crispy Chilli Crab Pastry $7.80: Singapore's most favourite seafood dish, now reimagined as a bite-sized delight. The chilli crab is housed in a flaky, golden-brown pastry. I really loved this and wouldn’t mind finishing an entire plate on my own!
PARADISE CLASSIC:
- Double-boiled Pork Rib and Chicken in Bak Kut Teh Soup $26.90: Nourishing flavourful soup executed in immaculate perfection! The pork ribs slide off the meat and the chicken is superbly tender. My favourite dish of all. A must try!
- Stir-fried Crystal Prawn in Singapore Chilli Sauce $23.90: Big, firm and crunchy, these large fresh prawns are coated with a delicious chilli sauce that packs a fiery yet flavourful punch.
SEAFOOD PARADISE:
- Kang Kong with Cuttlefish in Satay Sauce $17.80: Crunchy, leafy kang kong, tossed with chewy cuttlefish. The satay sauce completes the dish in a subtle manner.
- Singapore Style Wok-fried Hokkien Mee with Seafood $18.80: The prawn broth used to make this classic dish takes four hours to cook. The overall dish boasts a medley of clams, prawn and squid and is incredibly flavourful. A really good version which I really loved!
LENU: LeNu Beef "Bak Chor Mee" (Spicy / Non-spicy) $11.90
- LeNu has put a new twist on one of Singapore's most beloved hawker dishes: the bak chor mee! This version comes with sliced beef and mushrooms, reminiscent of the Jjajang style of noodles.
