Ingredients:
1 cup wheat flour
½ cup ap flour
½ tsp salt
1 ½ tbsp cooking oil
½ cup water
2 eggs
2 green chilies
3 tbsp coriander
1 small onion
½ tsp chaat masala
¼ tsp salt
Instructions:
1. Prepare dough by mixing wheat flour with ap flour, salt, cooking oil and water
2. Coat with cooking oil and rest the dough for 15 minutes
3. In a clear bowl, mix eggs with green chilies, fresh coriander, chopped onion, chaat masala and salt
4. Cut dough into small pieces and roll out into sheets
5. Place egg mixture in the center of the sheets and fold into a square shape
6. Deep fry in oil until golden brown for 8-10 minutes on low medium heat
7. Ready to enjoy!
