Curious what shutter speed you used for a video? Or maybe what aperture, picture profiles, etc. were used? ExifTool is a great, free program that allows you to view any and all metadata from your files. While this will work against just about any filetype, we'll take a look at specifically focusing on using ExifTool to run against video files and provide some examples from a real-world use case I had recently.

Some example commands used in the video, run in my macOS Terminal (macOS running zsh). File path syntax will vary for users on Windows. Be sure to replace the file path example with the actual path for the file your targeting (and your username, etc.):

To get metadata on a specific file:
exiftool /Users/username/path/to/your/file

Count the number of metadata items returned by ExifTool:
exiftool /Users/username/path/to/your/file | wc-l

For certain files (e.g. Sony) add the LargeFileSupport option to retrieve more data:
exiftool /Users/username/path/to/your/file -api largefilesupport=1

...and/or, also add the ExtractEmbedded option for more metadata values:
exiftool /Users/username/path/to/your/file -api largefilesupport=1 -ee
