* Our next visit is to Muthukoramala ,situated at kaeppilli,kottayam district .There is exactly 8 Km distance from Poonjar to kaeyppalli....There is no proper way to Muthukoramala.The trekking path starts at the end of this , long off-road trail to where a Jeep and almost all the bikes can easily reach. It will take you to one of the highest points of the district with a breathtaking view. View of 360 degree of the Kottayam ,Pathanamthita Eranakulam district, this top view maybe one of the best aerial views of Kottayam ,Pathanamthita Eranakulam you’ll ever see. You can reach the top of the hill early in the morning, you can catch a much better view with some mist and clouds.Trecking is very difficult...as lots of grasses are thickly grown both side of the path.The trek however is of moderate to high difficulty. The trekking path gets quite narrow as you reach higher. As a matter of fact, there’s no proper path towards the end. The elevation gets quite rough towards the top.
Don’t expect any facilities provided by the typical tourism spots here in Muthukoramala. This is just an awesome spot for the trek admirers.Tourists who are interested in a bit of adventure would love Muthukoramala .I will definitely recommend this place for all the trekking admirers.
