Recipe By Simple Home Meals
2 cups uncooked rice
500gm minced chicken
1 tbs shredded young ginger
5 cups of water
some spring onions (scallion)
some fried shallot (for garnishing)
some bird's eye chillies soaked in light soy sauce
METHOD
Place a pan on medium flame add in water, rice, chicken and the ginger let this cook constantly stir it otherwise it will burn the bottom. This will take about 20 minutes then garnish it with some spring onions, fried shallots and if you like it spicy put in some chillies.
