Opened in 1903 as Butterworth and Sons, the Butterworth Building is a beautiful historic structure. Due to age and a fire, extensive work had to be performed: complete new roof, structural damage, water damage, and electrical. Today, it's a sight to see and an essential part of the Seattle Nightlife with Kells Irish Pub at street level.
