Vera Strauch is a digital entrepreneur, podcaster and founder of the Female Leadership Academy, a digital education start-up. She studied business economics in Germany and New Zealand and graduated in International Business in the US. In 2015, she became one of the first women in the industry under the age of 30 to become CEO of a mid-sized construction supplier. For three years, she managed 100+ employees at several production sites and got to know strongly male-dominated management environments. She gained valuable experiences and was able to witness what great things can happen when differences are accepted and people embrace diversity and change.
