Octavia is a music based frame that once you get to know how she works is actually not that bad but her 3rd ability "metronome" has 4 buffs, invisabilty, melee damage, sprint speed and the one i missed which is multishot but for some reason i completely missed it.

Her parts drop from LUA exterminate cache for systems, chassis from music puzzle room on lua and derelict survival for helmet once you have done the quest and got the BP and not before suposidly.
