Afghani Soya Chaap
Afghani Soya Chaap is a popular indian recipe.It is very easy to make and delicious recipe to win hearts ❤️
Ingredients
1) Soya Chaap - 750g
2) Curd - 4 tbsp
3) Fresh Cream - 4 tbsp
4) Ginger,Garlic,Green Chilli Paste - 2 tbsp
5) Cashew Nut Paste - 3 tbsp ( approx 10-12 pcs)
6) Onion Paste - 2 medium
7) Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
8) Chaat Masala - 1 tbsp
9) Black peppercorn powder- 1 tsp
10) Jeera powder - 1 tsp
11) Kasturi Methi - 1 tbsp
12)Garam Masala Powder - 2 tsp
13) Oil - 3 tbsp
14) Salt to taste
Recipe in words
Take a bowl and add curd,cream,ginger,garlic,green chilli paste,onion paste,cashew nut paste and mix it well. Now add lemon juice,chaat masala,black peppercorn powder,Jeera powder,garam masala powder,kasturi methi and salt to this mixture.Add Soya chaaps in it and mix well.Keep it marinated in this mixture for atleast 2-3 hours.
Now take a pan and add 2 tbsp oil,put marinated chaap pieces in the pan and sear it until golden brown from both sides. Now in a same pan add 2 tbsp oil and add the remaining marination.Cook it until oil starts to seperate.Add the Soya Chaap pieces and slit green chillies according to your taste.Mix it for 2-3 minutes.Add water to adjust the consistency of the gravy.Finally add garam masala and garnish with fresh coriander leaves.Serve hot with roti,naan or rumali
