Hello friends welcome to SRI BAVAN KITCHEN channel.This video about how to make Kalakala,Shankarpali or shakarpara recipe at home in a easy method .It's a sweet wheat biscuits which are very easy to make and a famous festival Indian Sweet for Holi and Diwali.This sweet recipe prepared with plain wheat flour,sugar,ghee,cardamom and coconut milk. It's prepare all over the country in different names.These are known as Shankarpali in Maharashtra,Shakarpara in Gujarath,Sweet tukdi in fewer parts of north india and Kalakala in Tamilnadu.

The simplicity of these flower shaped biscuits with flavour of richness of ghee and cardamom shining through. It's kids friendly snack as well as can served as a tea time snack.Try this delicious recipe at your home and post your valuable comments.
