Two years ago today, Brother Chris and Allison got married in Cali, Colombia. Love is truly beautiful in God’s time!

“My beloved Allison, our story was written long before I was smitten. Etched in the tapestries of time by eternity’s ink. A union forged before we were even formed. Crafted before we were ever cradled. And when God ignited the fire of love in my heart for you, everything changed. The awakening of a passion so strong that lay dormant for so long. The world would say I have fallen in love but this is no fall. Because each day with you, I am soaring higher and higher. Carried by the melody of beauty and purity you so naturally resonate. Each beat of my heart strikes a chord in this Heavenly symphony. A song of love my soul sings. Replenished daily yet with no end. Infinite as the eternal flame that stirred it. Boundless as the mystery of grace that covers it. And in this special moment immortalised in time where we are irrevocably intertwined in the presence of God and His precious people, I declare to you, my beloved Allison, that wherever the road of life winds, I will be by your side. Hand in hand. Hearts as one. United in the pursuit of God’s heart. We will climb mountains and scale valleys together. We will walk in the rays of the sunrise and bask in the beauty of the sunsets together. We will listen to the music of the waves on the shore together. We will eat mango and drink coffee together. We will raise a family in the fear of the Lord together. We will preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ to the four corners of the earth together. And though sorrows come, they will be but shadows that fade in the light of our love. Though scars form, they will be but bricks that build our character and cement our covenant. Though thorns threaten, they will be but tools that uncover the beautiful roses blossoming beneath. And through stormy weather, we shall weather the storm together. Mi amor, whom I adore, this is more than a promise; it’s a privilege. What a privilege so priceless to walk the journey of life with the love of my life. Living. Learning. Loving. Together, forever.
