Peanut oil 1&1/2cup
Red chilli powder 3/4cup(75g)
Salt 1/4cup(40g)
Tamarind 1/2cup(50g)
Mustard seeds 2spn(30g)
Fenugreek seeds 1/2spn(5g)
Required hot water
For tempering :-
Garlic cloves 15
Cumin seeds 1spn
Mustard seeds 1spn
Curry leaves
Dry chilli 4
