Blanc du bois from Carrabba vineyards, Crockett TX, Texas High Plains AVA. Grapes are brought to the wine making facility, pressed (hopper), releasing juice, seeds and stems. Juice if filtered from the seeds, skin and stems to go on it's journey to become delicious wine. Come tour the vineyard and wine making barns... you might just get a sample!
