We caught the Cape Town Hop On Hop Off Bus Tour Harbour Tour behind the aquarium. Before boarding the relaxing cruise, we watched seals napping on the pier and playing in the water. On the tour, we saw even more seals, some sleeping in tires on the side of the pier. The tour goes under the pedestrian bridge and past fishing companies and boats, past parts of the V and A (Victoria and Albert) waterfront and has views of Table Mountain that overlooks the city. While not the most exciting, the cruise was interesting and free with a premium ticket from the Hop on Hop off bus in Cape Town.
