My Sahur or Sehri for Ramadan day 2 is ready a simple healthy diet, Alhamdulillah , I know if i eat something heavy at this early in the morning i will feel lazy and groggy for the rest of the day so decided to go with :
Scrambled Eggs (With a pinch of salt and pepper)
Yoghurt Parfit with Strawberry pulp and granola
Lemon Ginger Water (best to drink before fasting)
Coffee with milk
Crispy Roti
