I was told to file a claim. That makes sense. I paid for it. So I do. USPS website said it's not eligible for a refund. I complain to the seller. He said USPS is supposed to give me a email admitting it was misdelivered. I go there. They say I'm not even supposed to file a claim. The one who bought the label is supposed to file a claim, and the website will tell him it was misdelivered, and he gets the refund. Well the label was purchased on his account, so....
