The KTLA newsfilm collection at UCLA consists of cut and unedited stories, outtakes and fill footage, originally shot on 16mm reversal film stock with magnetic soundtrack. Some footage, particularly material not used for broadcast, may be without sound.

Summary: Reporter Dick Garten interviews Tom Bradley at the airport about his agenda in Washington, D.C. The mayor has appointments to meet with representatives from the Department of Housing and Urban Development to discuss options for thousands of abandoned parcels in Los Angeles. He also has plans to discuss rapid transit. Before returning home he will travel to Florida where he is being honored by his college fraternity, Kappa Alpha Psi. Includes Garten's reaction shots.
