1/3cup Calamansi Juice

1tbsp Lemongrass
1tsp Black pepper

For Stuffing:
10 stalks Lemongrass
3small Onion
5cloves Garlic

For Chicken Rub:
Atleast 1/2cup of Marinade
1tbsp Oil
1tbsp Banana Ketchup
