Jankovac, one of the most beautiful mountain valleys, is located on the northern slopes of Papuk at a height of 475 m. It is rich with cold springs and clear streams, surrounded by centuries-old beech trees of Slavonian forest. The fullness of freshness and romance has always been appealing to every nature, mountain, and peace lover. Due to the exceptional natural beauty that we can no longer find in Slavonia, Jankovac was declared a protected park-forest in 1955
