In this video, I show you how to make SMOKED SALMON on your Traeger Ironwood 885, or any pellet smoker/offset smoker. This is one of the easiest recipes I've ever posted... but don't let that fool ya. The finished product is AMAZING!
Ingredients List:
1 lb salmon filet (skin on)
1/2 cup kosher salt
1 cup brown sugar
1 tbsp coarse ground black pepper
