Heart of God Church (HOGC) Singapore is a youth church run by youths for youths. Across the church, the average age is 23 and young people lead and run virtually everything. HOGC was founded by Pastor Tan Seow How (Pastor How) and Pastor Cecilia Chan (Pastor Lia) in 1999.
