(11 Nov 2018) The head of Turkish Arab Media Association is demanding justice for the "cruels and barbarians" who murdered Jamal Khashoggi, during an event organised to mark the 40th day since the Saudi writer died in Istanbul.
"We demand justice against these cruels, these barbarians, to show them that they cannot do this in this century, to make sure that this kind of thing (murder) wouldn't happen again." Turan Kislacki said.
Khashoggi's fiance Hatice Cengiz aslo attended the event, organised by Kislacki's group and Jamal Khashoggi's Friends Around the World Association.
People at the event wore masks depicting Khashoggi, and the room was adorned with statues and illustrations of the writer's face.
