🍀 INGREDIENTS

🥣Coconut Oil - 2 tbsp
🥣Dried Red Chilly - 3 /4
🥣Roasted Gram - 3 tbsp
🥣Shallots - 7/ 8 nos
🥣Garlic - 2
🥣Ginger - 1 small piece
🥣Coconut - 3 tbsp
🥣Tamarind - small piece
🥣Salt - required
🥣Water - required
🥣coconut oil - 1tbsp
🥣Mustard seeds - 1/4
🥣Dry chilly - 2
🥣curry leaves -2/3

🍀METHOD OF COOKING

🥣 Heat coconut oil and fry dry chillies, shallots, garlic and ginger. When all these are fried add Roasted Gram and when it sizzles turn off the flame.
🥣When heated, transfer all these to a mixer jar, add coconut, salt and sufficient water to it and grind it.
🥣 Season with mustard and pour


🥣വെളിച്ചെണ്ണ ചൂടാക്കി ഉണക്കമുളക്, ചെറുയുള്ളി ,വെളുത്തുള്ളി , ഇഞ്ചി എന്നിവ വറുത്തെടുക്കുക . ഇവയെല്ലാം മൊരിഞ്ഞു വരുമ്പോൾ പൊട്ടുകടല ചേർക്കുക , അതു മൊരിഞ്ഞു വരുമ്പോൾ തീ ഓഫ്‌ ചെയ്യുക .
🥣ചൂടാറികഴിയുമ്പോൾ ഇവയെല്ലാം ഒരു മിക്സിയുടെ ജാറിലേക്ക് മാറ്റുക, അതിലേക്ക് തേങ്ങയും , ഉപ്പും ആവശ്യത്തിന് വെള്ളവും ചേർത്ത് അരച്ചെടുക്കുക
