Are you guys familiar with the Stockdale Paradox? No. He was a general or high ranking military during the Vietnam War. He was a P.O.W., got tortured for years. The people who were still positive and hopeful. I'm gonna get out of this. But also realistic that I may not are the ones that ended up surviving. So there's a real, like, proven psychological thing.
