Today we are going to see how to make Quail Roast | Kaadai Varuval. This is my aunty's delicious recipe, it will go well with rice, chappati, dosa, and biryani. You can make this recipe as a gravy as well as a roast.
Note: Add 1/2 cup of water, If you are cooking the quail in the pressure cooker and roast it until the quail completely dry.
If you want it to be semi gravy, stop cooking when it reaches the desired consistency.
