INGREDIENTS
Mandi masala:
1 tbsp coriander seeds
1 tbsp jeeara
1 tbsp kali mirchi
4 to 5 laung
2 to 3 green cardamom
1 badi elaichi
Ginger garlic paste:
Garlic

Green chillis
Coriander leaves
Mint leaves
Jeera
Black pepper
Dalchini

For chicken marination:
2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tbsp mandi masala
Salt as per the taste
For mandi rice:
1 tbsp ghee
1 tbsp oil
1 bey leaf
2 laung
1 badi elaichi
1 inch dalchini
1 tbsp chopped garlic
1/2 tbsp chopped ginger
2 medium size onion
5 to 6 green chillis
Salt as per the taste
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp red chilli flakes
1 tsp mandi masala
1 tsp lemon zest
2 and 1/2 cup water according to your rice
Chopped coriander leaves
For garnishing rice:
Fried chicken
Lemon slices
Chopped coriander
4 to 5 cashewnut
