Directions:
1) Combine the epsom salt, course sea salt and baking soda in a bowl.
2) Cut open the two peppermint tea bags and pour the contents onto the salt and baking soda mixture.
3) Add 3-4 drops of peppermint essential oil.
4) Arrange fresh mint leaves on a cooling rack and place in the oven set to the lowest possible temperature. Allow to sit for 2-3 hours or until the leaves are completely dry and brittle. Crush the dried leaves between your hands and add to the mixture.
5) Add 3-4 drops of tea tree essential oil.
6) Mix together all of the ingredients and place in an air-tight container until ready to use.
7) To use, fill a basin with warm water and add 1/2 to 1 cup of the foot soak. Stir to dissolve. Soak your
feet and relax for 15 to 20 minutes.
Helpful Tips:
• Once your feet have soaked for approximately 10 minutes consider giving them a scuba with a pumice stone or exfoliating cloth to remove excess dry skin.
• Following your soak, rinse your feet, pat them dry and apply a moisturizer.
