On the 5th May 2012 we took the opportunity to travel behind 107 year old GWR 28xx 2-8-0 No:2807, which we support, from Cheltenham Racecourse and Winchcombe as part of the annual supporters day. No:2807 is seen arriving at Cheltenham, running round, then on board at various locations, including passing newly repainted ex-LMS 8F 2-8-0 No:8724 in the new loop at Gotherington. We then see the 2-8-0 running round and Winchcombe, departing up the grade towards Greet Tunnel, then running around at Cheltenham once again, and, finally, departing Cheltenham Racecourse.
