Did you know about the perfume capital of India?
I recently spent 4 days in UP's Kannauj and was completely mesmerised to see how perfume is made here. In my short trip, I got to know:
- 80% of this city's population is involved in making perfume.
- This perfume is made using a 5000-year-old technology. As old as the Harappan civilisation!
- This perfume is also used in making: toothpaste, pan masala, meat masala, basically everything we eat!

I am so excited to share my experience with you.
