Part 1 - 3000W MOSFET Final Amplifier Stage
Let's say from the beginning that this MOSFET Power Amplifier can deliver up to 7500 W peak to the speakers depending!!! on the value of the double supply voltage of up to 150V and the low impedance of the speakers of up to 2 ohms. But!!!... for your protection, for the safety of continuous operation and maintaining the designed operating parameters... I strictly recommend!!! a maximum supply voltage of +/- 95V and a minimum speaker impedance of 4 ohms. With these values, we are satisfied with an output power of the amplifier of up to 3000W, this power being more than enough to control a speakers system with a resulting impedance of 4 ohms.
Please note that this power amplifier project is a prototype. We will go through the construction of the entire amplifier in several stages including the final stage MOSFET, driver, power supply construction, speaker protection, heat sink temperature protection, verification, control and adjustments, characteristic lifting and interpretation and final assembly in the case.
This MOSFET Power Amplifier 3000W are very efficient – meaning it can convert a large percentage of the input power into output power, with very low distortion levels, making well-suited for use in high-fidelity audio applications.

If you want to build this amplifier circuit, you should be careful and try to find some reference about this kind of power amplifiert since it uses high DC voltage and high DC curent and of course expensive loudspeaker. Try build this 3000W power amplifier with your own risk.
