My favorites combined into one - pistachio and hazelnut cake 🌰
I was thinking with what flavor I could combine pistachio again and then I remembered - hazelnut
By the way, those are my favorite flavors when choosing ice cream, so I came up with the idea that you could also make a cake with that combination - and I can say that the flavors went well together
I'm sure it will become one of your favorites too ✨
It is an understatement to say that it is delicious, creamy and irresistible

INGREDIENTS
•Base•
120 grams of oats
100g of dates (peeled)
70 grams of almonds
A spoonful of raw cocoa powder
15 grams of date syrup
2 tablespoons of peanut butter
75ml oat milk
First chop the oats and almonds in a food processor. Then add the dates and chop everything together again. Pour the resulting mixture into a bowl and mix well with the remaining ingredients for the crust. Distribute the resulting mixture evenly in an 18 cm diameter mold. Put to cool.
•Cream•
120 grams of cashews
A whole cup of coconut milk - only cream (well chilled)
70 grams of honey
20g of cocoa butter (melted)

*A spoonful of pistachio butter
Soak the cashew nuts in hot water for 30 minutes, then drain them well. Add them to the blender along with the coconut cream. Use only thick cream that has separated to the surface. Also add honey and cocoa butter. Mix until you get a smooth cream without lumps. Divide the cream into 2 equal parts.
1. Part of the cream - Hazelnut cream
Toast 75g of hazelnuts in a hot pan. Then peel them as much as you can, add them to the blender and blend them well until they blend with the cream.
Add the cream as the first layer to the mold and let it harden before putting the 2nd layer (best in deep 30 minutes)
2. Part of the cream - Pistacia cream
In the 2nd part of the cream, add a spoonful of pistachio butter and mix well with a whisk. Pour over the cream as a final layer.
It is best to leave the cake overnight in the fridge or for 4-5 hours in the deep freezer. That's it, serve and enjoy 😍

Mislila sam se s kojim ukusom bih mogla opet uklopiti pistaciju i onda sam se sjetila - lješnjak
Inače su mi to najdraži okusi kada biram sladoled, pa sam došla na ideju da bi mogla napraviti i tortu u toj kombinaciji - i mogu reći da su se okusi super uklopili
Sigurna sam da će i vama postati jedan od favorita ✨
Malo je reći da je ukusna, kremasta i neodoljiva
👉🏼Kao i uvijek: bez glutena, mliječnih proizvoda i rafiniranih šećera 🌿
SASTOJCI
•Kora•
120gr zobenih
100gr datulja (očišćenih)
70gr badema
Žlica sirovog kakao praha
15gr sirupa od datulja
2 žlice kikirki maslaca
75ml zobenog mlijeka
U sjeckalici prvo usitnite zobene i bademe. Zatim dodajte datulje i sve zajedno opet usitnite. Dobivenu smjesu pretresite u zdjelu i promješajte dobro s preostalim sastojcima za koru. Dobivenu smjesu ravnomjerno rasporedite u kalup 18cm promjera. Stavite hladiti.
•Krema•
120gr indijskih oraščića
Cijela kozerva kokos mlijeka - samo krema (dobro rashlađena)
70gr meda
20gr kakao maslaca (otopljenog)

*75gr lješnjaka
*Puna žlica maslaca od pistacije
Indijske oraščiće natopite 30min u vrućoj vodi, zatim ih dobro ocjedite. Dodajte ih u blender zajedno s kokos kremom. Koristite samo gustu kremu koja se odvojila na površinu. Dodajte također med i kakao maslac. Miksajte dok ne dobijete glatku kremu bez grudica. Podijelite kremu na 2 jednaka dijela.
1. Dio kreme - Lješnjak krema
75gr lješnjaka istostirajte na vrućoj tavi. Zatim ih oljuštite koliko se da, dodajte ih u blender i dobro ih izmiksajte dok se ne stope s kremom.
Dodajte kremu kao prvi sloj u kalup i ostavite da se stegne prije nego stavite 2. Sloj (najbolje u duboko 30ak min)
2. Dio kreme - Pistacia krema
U 2. Dio kreme dodajte punu žlicu pistacia maslaca i pjenjačom dobro povežite. Prelijte kremu kao završni sloj.
Ostavite kolač najbolje preko noći u frižideru ili 4-5 sati u dubokom. To je to, poslužite i uživajte 😍
