In this tutorial, we’re showing you how to do UTTHITA TRIKONASANA / EXTENDED TRIANGLE POSE from Ashtanga's Fundamental Sequence. You’ll hear the Sanskrit count and see how to move through the traditional vinyasa cues for this pose. You’ll learn how to move into the full expression of the pose, with modifications and options that are always available to you if you need them.
