Hey! Arbraska Lafleche is an aerial course park located in Val-des-Monts, Quebec, 45 minutes from Ottawa, Ontario. I hope this video gives you a good idea of what to expect when you book the "Courses in the trees - 5 feet minimum" which is an aerial course in the trees including zip lines for 45.98$. Next time I go, I will book the 'Ziptour' which includes aerial course activities and larger zip lines- the Ziptour is more expensive.

The course is approximately 2 and a half hours long. I had so much fun and can't wait to go again!
